We had an accidental spill on one of our construction sites and had to shut down until it got cleaned up. We began to call around to find someone to do the clean up for us. The Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program at EEI was established to provide the client with information and reports that are scientifically sound, of high quality, conform to industry standards, and are responsive and appropriate to the clients needs.

Quality control practices vary according to the project performed, the clients’ needs, and the project objectives.  However, all projects contain basic quality control procedures for sample collection, sample handling, decontamination, and health and safety.

Quality Assurance Policy

During each phase of a project, EEI’s Quality Assurance procedures assure, assess, and document the precision, accuracy, and adequacy with which data is collected.

EEI has developed and successfully implemented quality assurance programs for a variety of field activities.  Routine procedures are utilized to provide an effective and efficient protocol.

A general quality assurance program utilized on each project includes consideration of the following areas:  equipment, sample/data collection, sample/data handling, decontamination, chain-of-custody, and transportation.
